Question:

Have a 2004.5 f250 super duty with a 4” lift and the BW 1108 turnover ball hitch. Looking for correct air spring support for hauling 10k horse trailer my truck does have camper package so also has the helper springs

AirLift tells me that their # AL57291 LoadLifter 5000 has only been tested with the B&W 1105 or 1199R Turnover Ball hitches, so they couldn't say if the air helper spring kit and your gooseneck hitch would be compatible.

Firestone tells us that their # F2550 is compatible with name-brand gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches, including your B&W # BWGNRK1108 Turnover Ball hitch. This is a good thing, because I prefer the way Firestone attaches their air bags to the top and bottom plates using a roll crimp rather than a band clamp like Air Lift uses. A roll crimp will be more durable over time. The # F2550 kit is compatible with vehicles that have the top overload springs.

Assuming your 4 inch lift is a suspension, and not a body lift, you'll also need the # F2371 lift spacer kit.

You might also be interested in the convenience of an on board compressor system like # F2097 which would allow you to add or remove air pressure from the system from the comfort of the truck cab as your load or the road conditions change.
