Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57390 will fit your 2003 Ford F-250 with the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60720.

The instructions for the air bags do have a section on installation on a truck with an in-bed hitch on page 6. The instructions specify "fifth wheel hitch" but it is the same with a gooseneck as they install along the frame rail, so it will allow you to install these air bags with the hitch.
