Question:

I need everything to be able to tow with my 2022 Kia Telluride SX. Hitch, connection for lights and whatever else. What do I need to do this?

For towing with your 2022 Kia Telluride SX I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e45ZR. This is a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs and tongue weight of 750 lbs for your towing needs and is also compatible with weight distribution. It features a matte black powder coat finish for rust protection. This finish also hides dirt and dings better than a glossy finish you may find on other hitches. The # e45ZR is made in the USA.

In order to power your trailer's signal lights you will also need a wiring harness. For the most reliable wiring I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR. This plugs into your existing port, providing you with a 4-way connection at the back of your vehicle.

In order to complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
