What is the tube length from top of the tube to the bottom of the King Pin plate [not including the King Pin]? And the measurement from top of tube to the top adjustment hole? Part #KPG5-R30IP

The overall length of the Ram Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter - Round - 30K item # KPG5-R30IP is 29". It is 14" from the top of the tube to the first adjustment hole. I have attached a diagram detailing these measurements.

Tractor trailers do use fifth wheel hitches for connection so yes, the Ram Gooseneck to 5th Wheel adapter part #KPG5-R30IP would provide the connection needed for a gooseneck trailer as it will convert it to a fifth wheel king pin.
