Blue Ox Base Plate Kit that Fits 2016 JK Rubicon with Smittybilt Gen 1 Front Bumper

Question:
I have a 2016 Jeep JK Rubicon Hardrock with a Smittybilt Gen 1 Part # 76806 bumper that is not DOT tow rated from the D-rings. Will the Blue Ox BX1134 base plate work with this bumper? I do not mind having to notch the bumper if needed.

Looking at the pictures of the Blue Ox base plate kit part # BX1134 installed compared to the bumper pictures you sent in of your 2016 Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon with the Smittybilt Gen 1 bumper this base plate kit would fit.
