Since your lowering shackles change the distance between the rear axle and the truck frame you would not be able to use the # SS45MR for suspension enhancement as it would be too tall.

Yes we do, you could use the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS4611 which is a confirmed fit and would easily work with the shackles you have. The great thing about the RAS kits is that they provide additional support that's adjustable, is very easy to install, improves handling, and unlike other options improves ride quality.
