Hi etrailer team, I purchased Item # BWGNRC950 back in January and finally got around to installing it. Yeah my bad… Fitment is fine, and everything lined up as expected so that’s great. Unfortunately I can’t find some of the accessories that came with the kit: - release handle - safety chain u bolts - springs, nyloc nuts etc to secure safety chain u bolts. Likely I misplaced them, or they fell out of the box during shipping and I didn’t notice until now. Please let me know the best way to order replacements. Thanks!

It sounds like the replacement pieces you need are the Replacement Latch Pin Handle for B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - Qty 1 item # BW1900-2-2007 and the Replacement Safety Chain U-Bolt Kit for B&W Gooseneck Hitches item # BW1900-2-1600. If these are not the correct parts you are missing. Please let me know and I will try to find them for you.
