Question:
Do I have to drill holes in the frame on my 2021 Kia Forte to install the Curt Receiver? I already see that there are holes in the frame for it.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C55HR does require holes to be drilled in the frame as there is currently only one hole on each side of the frame available for mounting the receiver. Each additional hole on each side of the frame is required to provide the strength to hold the receiver in place while being used. There currently are no hitches available that do not require drilling to install them on your 2021 Kia Forte.
I recommend installing a Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C54ER 4-way harness when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to any small trailers you may tow and will allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201. The auxiliary lights are needed if your hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack impairs the view of your tail lights on your Forte.
