For your 2022 BMW X5 we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 76288 which would work really well. It's mostly hidden, has great towing capacities, and is also best priced option. For trailer wiring the zero contact ZCI kit part # 119250KIT would be a really great option that does not require any splicing to install.
