Why do your hitches say, excludes M-sport package

While they may appear similar, the 2019 BMW X5 equipped with an M-Sport package has a different rear suspension than other 2019 BMW X5 models, therefore the designs of the hitches themselves are different.
It sounds like you're looking for a trailer hitch that will fit a 2019 BMW X5 equipped with the M-Sport package. If that is the case, then I recommend the Stealth Hitches # SH25VR
If your 2019 BMW X5 is not equipped with the M-Sport package, then I recommend the Draw-Tite # 76288.
