Hi, Im trying to find the best option to tow a small Uhaul trailer. Which Curt Trailer Hitch would be best fitting and budget friendly for a 2018 Hyundai Elantra SEL 2.0L

The only trailer hitch that fits your 2018 Hyundai Elantra SEL is the part # C11424, and you need to make sure have the factory tow loop (see linked instructions) for this one to fit. If you don't have that factory tow loop then you could use a trunk bike rack like the Yakima FullBack # Y02634 to carry up to two bikes.
If you are able to get a hitch, to complete your towing setup you also need wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha # 118692, and a ball mount kit. You can use the Drawbar # C45521, Pin & Clip # F-4, and then either a 1-7/8" hitch ball # C40001 or a 2" hitch ball # C40018 depending on what the trailer calls for.
