Question:
Looks like its either the Vortex or Euro with wind noise being the biggest difference? Only using for winter months to put ski rack on. How big of a noise difference bt the models? How quicikly can I take the rack on/off the car?

There's a significant wind noise difference between the square bars and the aero shaped bars. So for your 2019 Acura MDX you'd have to decide between saving some money and going with the square bar Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # DS1375B and # DK400 or if you value the quieter option of the aero bar Vortex rack part # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK400. The install and removal of these racks is pretty simple but it wouldn't be so simple that you'd want to take it off and on several times a week I'd say. To give you an idea I attached an install video for this rack on a similar 2016 Acura MDX for you to check out.
