Coupler to Replace Shorelandr 3310010

Question:

I need to replace a couple of items on my trailer. Would you mind helping me find compatible products on your site? Shorelander 3310010 Class 2 Trailer Coupler. I also need safety chains. They are listed on my manual as: Chain 4/0 STR Coil 17 LK w/Latch. I do not know what any of that means and thus do not know what to get. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

While we don't have the exact Shoreland'r coupler you are looking for we can help since I was able to determine that the coupler is for a 2 inch ball, has a 3,500 lb towing capacity, and fits a 3 inch channel. So you could use the # CT-5003-Z which covers all of that.

Then for safety chains you could use the part # TCTSCG30-730-04x1 which is sold individually and you'd be set.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
