NCN,Thank you for your review.If your hitch is touching your exhaust there are a few solutions. Please see the FAQ link on how to correct noise from exhaust rattling against the hitch for your reference.

I sold the car in September. Up to that point the hitch worked great. If I ever need another one this is where I will shop.

I remain very pleased. I have towed my utility trailer and lugged my bike here, there, & everywhere without a problem The electrical harness functions fine. Duct taping that plastic cover back together must have worked cause my gas mileage is up in the low 40s on the interstate. I await the release of your stealth technology so I dont get charged those outrageous tolls for what is essentially a sheet of plywood on wheels.
