Question:
Whats the difference between these two models? UF39-941705 and UF39-941704. I have a 2017 Minnie Winnie 31k and wondering if this would be a good option in the back nothing in the front or if I can only use scissor jacks. If so, would it stabilize well or do I really need something in the front? Whats the total height of the product unextended when its mounted? Thank you!

The Ultra-Fab stabilizers # UF39-941705 and # UF39-941704 are very similar and have all of the same specs. But there is one important difference. Set # UF39-941704 is manually operated and # UF39-941705 comes with 2 motors for electric operation.
It might be possible to install a set on your 2017 Minnie Winnie 31K but there isn't a lot of space on the underside of that RV so it is possible, even likely, that the stabilizers will not fit. When fully retracted the stabilizers will hang down 5 inches from where they are mounted. The minimum frame width these will fit is 48 inches. Your RV was built on a Ford van chassis so the frame width on it is likely less than 48 inches.
A set of scissor jacks such as # UF48-979031 is the better way to go. They take up less space, cost less, and you can use a power drill with adapter # UF48-979005 to raise and lower them faster.
