Question:

I have a 2021 Ram 3500 with the factory trailer stems. Will this repeater work with my factory set up? If not do you know of 1 that will?

The TST Signal Booster / Repeater # TST-507-R is designed as a direct replacement for TST TPMS for RVs, 5th wheels, motor coaches, or trailers, like the # TST-507-RV-4-C. If you are referring to a factory Ram system, then this will not work, unfortunately. For something like this, you will need to go directly through Ram for a replacement.

However, If you have one of the TST systems installed on your truck, you will need to verify that it is compatible with the # TST-507-R, but odds are you will be fine.
