Does installation of this hitch require trimming of the fasia trim around exhaust

To install the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11427 that you referenced, there will be some fascia trimming required. around the exhaust or anywhere for that matter.
This install does not require any drilling and only requires temporary lowering of the exhaust. Check out the installation instructions I attached also.
