I have a few different options for the 235/60R18 tires on your 2022 Honda CR-V and the difference really boils down to price vs quality.

On the low end I recommend the Titan Chain kit # TC2319 which really is a quality set of chains for what they are. They have built-in tensioning and are Class S compatible so they are low clearance.

The next step up is the Konig Self-Tensioning # TH01594247 which have a similar design to the Titan Chain kit but they have ice breakers in the middle of the chain and the self-tensioning feature will adjust as you're driving to ensure the chain hugs the tire while you're moving.

The absolute best tire chains are the Konig Easy Fit # TH04115247 which take the best parts of the self-tensioning set mentioned above and add a simple and easy way to install and remove the tire chains.
