The pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair. part # PWRS80, has links that are 3.2 mm thick. The pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair, part # PWRSV80, has links that are 3.5 mm thick. Both of these snow tire chains will fit your 2022 Toyota Sienna with tire sizes of 235/65-17 or 235/60-18.

I have included a product description link and a video review link below.

Mark, I am looking for tire chains for a 2012 4WD (not AWD) Honda Pilot EX-L with 235/60/R18 all season Micheline Defender tires for use on road in Colorado. Would you recommend the PWRS80 or the PWRSV80 and would I need one or two sets of chains? Thank you

@Jessica Hello Jessica, the pewag Servo RS Tire Chains # PWRS80 are what I recommend for the 235/60/R18 tires on your 2012 Honda Pilot. Generally one set of chains is sufficient, especially in snowy mountain areas where chains are required. You can certainly use two pairs if you want to play it extra safe, but for non AWD vehicles one set will do fine.

@JesseM Thank you for your reply. And just to be certain, the Honda manual indicates "Because your vehicle has limited tire clearance, Honda strongly recommends using the chains: SCC Super Z-6 SZ-429" as the preferred tire chain because they use only 6mm of space but in looking them up they are cables, which I believe I don't want. It specifies them so that there is no issue with the chain interfering with the brake lines, suspension etc. Will the PWRS80 create any issue with clearance? Last, is this the best choice overall or is there any other brand/style you'd recommend over the PWRS80? Thanks again, Jessica

@Jessica Yea I wouldn't recommend tire cables to anyone. They are low profile, but they don't give good traction and they usually don't last very long either. The pewag #PWRS80 chains are only 3.2mm thick, so if the manual specifies that a 6mm chain will have clearance, you will have no issues with a 3.2mm thick chain. This style of chain is designed to be low profile since a lot of vehicles these days have limited clearance in the wheel well. This kind of drape-over chain is definitely what I recommend. They are super easy to put on and they give great traction. The pewag chains are great quality as far as drape-over chains go. The Konig brand chains are also very nice, and they are generally considered the best quality chains on the market. The # TH01594247 chains are what will fit your car. Konig chains typically last longer than other brands. They have a 1 year warranty versus only 90 days on the pewag. So if you plan to use the chains frequently, the Konig are worth investing in. If you will just be keeping the chains in your car for legal reasons and possible occasional use, the pewag will work great
