Question:
2015 Silverado that already has BakFlip installed. I understand that the cover will have to stay closed when using the crossbars, but can the rails and the crossbars be installed?

You do have options for attaching a rack to your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the BakFlip MX4. Since this tonneau cover does not cover the stake pockets, any rack that utilizes the stake pockets will work. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to attach a track mounted to system to this truck.
You can add rails to the truck bed via the stake pockets and then attach Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, and the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2, part # TH711520. The Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails - Stainless Steel - Black are the last piece you will need. The Thule Rapid Crossroad Feet will attach to the rails and the Thule WingBar will attach to the Thule feet.
You can still add something like the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs, part # A46FR. This ladder rack will work on your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the BAKFlip M4 tonneau cover. It has a weight limit of 500 lbs and it crossbars come with mounting channels.
I am not sure of the length of your truck bed, so I attached a link to all of our Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails below. I have also included product description links and video review links below as well.
