I want to haul a small camper but also know that we will have the inside of the vehicle loaded with stuff, several kids and a dog. What suspension enhancement would you recommend for my 2022 Toyota Sienna?

I recommend the Firestone Coil Rite, # F4155 for your 2022 Toyota Sienna. Firestone is known to have higher quality air bags than the competition and this kit easily installs by slipping into the coil spring on your Sienna. This will allow you to inflate the air bags as needed to compensate for loads but have "normal" ride quality when not heavily loaded and have tongue weight from a trailer.
