Hello, can you provide the spindle flange holes pattern details, can we assume 6 - 5 1/2? drill holes sizes? thanks

The #42 E-Z Lube Spindle part # TRU37FR has a brake mounting flange which matches the industry standard of 5 on 3-7/8". I have attached a photo below.
