Question:

Do you have the 3000 lbs roller bunks available? Can the bunk frame be hot dipped galvanized once we receive them? Are the rollers removable for this process ?

We have 2 different sets of roller bunks with a 3,000lb capacity from Dutton-Lainson.

First is the Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21741 which is made of 12-gauge, galvanized steel and is 5' long per side. The 12 sets of 3 Rollers # DL203228 are removable if you wish to have them hot dipped galvanized when you receive them.

The second set is their Standard Roller Bunks # DL21755. These come powder coated and the rollers are as well removable. The powder coating would need to be removed properly so that the galvanized finish would properly adhere if you decided to change the finish.
