Zinc plated yellow chromate TUFFPLATE finish has three times the corrosion resistance of standard zinc plated trivalent chrome process and 30 percent greater corrosion resistance when compared to powder coated finish. Results of lab test using 5 percent neutral salt spray confirms our TUFFPLATE finish provides in excess of 500 hours against First Red Rust and in excess of 100 hours of First White Corrosion.

the top of the bracket is peened......slips over to side sometimes when loading and trailering....I replaced with bolt and lockwasher.....still slips......HELP......very poor design

Received the bunk roller setup as promised and the installation was easy and looks like it was made for the trailer. The installation was fast and all parts worked well. Very happy with the results.

Its a great design. It was difficult to install - for my application but that was no fault of the bracket design. I was installing them to a boat lift, modified for 2 jet skis, working suspended over water. Add dropping a few tools, nuts and bolts in the water, and it becomes a long afternoon. Haha. I'm sure it would be a simple install on a trailer on dry land.

This proudly sits on a trailer with a Avon inflatable one Honda 20 hp engine the trailer bunkers are now downright slippery

5 Ft roller bunk Part DL21741 is a high quality item. It installed in minutes on existing brackets. Boat is approx 3/4” higher than on standard bunks but it shouldn’t be a problem since it rolls on/off effortlessly. I also bought new brackets Part DL21742 thinking they might allow lowering boat a little but they were same as existing brackets so I returned them which was simple. Customer service was excellent.

Poor design lifts rollers 2 inches higher than 2x4 bunks. Modified everything and had to throw away u bolts

Due to a mix up in shipping....nobody's fault really, another type of bracket was required. The exchange was done without a hassle and the proper part is ready for installation. The product is better than expected but the customer service exceeded any I have ever dealt with anywhere!

The brackets are as described but unfortunately given my trailer frame I couldn't mount my roller bunks any lower than the standard bunks. The lowest you can get these brackets is probably almost 4 inches above the frame, then you have to bolt the roller bunks on top of that.

To keep the same height as the old boards, the backets would need cut and possibly welded to the frame. I raised the bracket just high enough to install the U-bolts. Now, the rollers will not till as designed. Shouldn't hinder loading and unloading but I will see first time out

- Replacement Rollers For 1965 Vintage Boat TrailerWe do have some of the replacement rollers that will work for your vintage 1965 boat trailer, but we do not have some of the rollers you asked about. Thank you for the dimensions. For the very front keel roller I recommend part # YR5213-5. This measures 5 inches long and works with a 5/8 inch diameter shaft.
