The air bag style air helper springs by Air Lift are the only ones that will fit the under bed mount hitch like the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1320. These help provide your vehicle with up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support. This will reduce strain on your rear suspension and improve both safety and ride quality. I have enclosed a video of an installation of these airbags on a 2020 Ram 2500.
I also recommend adding a air compressor to your 2020 Ram 2500. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth item # AL74000. This compressor lets you adjust 2 air springs independently with the wireless remote control from inside the cab of you truck. It also allows you to level your vehicle from front to back.
