How to Find Replacement Hub and Drum for Stratos Trailer with Torsion Axle

need a brake drum hub kit5 on 4 1/2 with all the bearings and pin for a stratos trail trailer. Vin is STRIDNC3AT170634. 1996. Axle is Reliable sure lube rubber torsion axle serial A-234332. Says 3700 lbs. Bearings were fried out of it! Help!!

We're not able to pull information on axles based off the VIN or the serial number, so you will either need to find the numbers stamped on the bearings (assuming they are still legible) or you can measure the spindles using a digital caliper like the 4" Carbon Fiber Digital Caliper # PTW80157 where the bearings ride; this will allow you to determine the bearings that will fit on your spindle and which hubs will fit with that bearing combinations. I've linked a helpful article that might assist you with this as well.
For reference, the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3 uses an # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing, so if you find those bearings in your hub this would be a hub and drum that fits your spindle. If you can provide the numbers you find stamped on the back of the bearings, their inner diameter or the measurements on the spindle as shown in the diagram, I can help you locate a hub that will fit.
