The end piece of the center cap (# CXF106C) included with the Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver Spoke # AX02455545BMFL is indeed removeable. I included an image showing this as well.
