Hi, At 2:54 in the video he mentions Caster Wheel but all Ive found is a plate. Can you provide the part number for the caster wheel. Also, when servicing the upper bearing/gears, should the tongue be supported before servicing? Just want to ensure nothing gives way when the captive cap is removed. Thank you.

To add a wheel with the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack # TJA-5000S-B all you need is the wheel caster # JC-101.

I would recommend supporting the tongue of the trailer with a floor jack before taking apart anything internal of the jack.

In either position the handle of the Lippert Quick Drop Tongue Jack #LC733926 would not spin and lower on it's own. There's enough friction in the screw of the jack to prevent vibration from causing it to turn on it's own.
