Is There a Trailer Jack Wheel That Uses Ball Bearings

Do you have a jack swivel caster wheel with a 2 receiver that has ball bearings? Other types just dons turn with washers as pivot points. Thanks

The vast majority of trailer jack wheels don't use traditional steel ball bearings as they aren't really meant for rotation speed but rather weight bearings. I am not aware of any options which use traditional steel ball bearings. The Replacement Caster Wheel for Ultra-Fab Manual 2" Trailer Jack part # UF49-954035 uses nylon bushings which provide a smoother than normal rotation.

In either position the handle of the Lippert Quick Drop Tongue Jack #LC733926 would not spin and lower on it's own. There's enough friction in the screw of the jack to prevent vibration from causing it to turn on it's own.

The Ram Removable Caster Assembly, #JC-101, is a swiveling caster when attached to the jack. The caster assembly uses a nylon bushing at the swivel point between the connected mounting tube and the wheel assembly.

To add a wheel with the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack #TJA-5000S-B all you need is the wheel caster #JC-101. I would recommend supporting the tongue of the trailer with a floor jack before taking apart anything internal of the jack.

I tested a few wheels that we have in stock and found that the #JC-102 would physically fit on the Lippert Quick Drop Tongue Jack #LC733926, but would limit your capacity down to wheel's at 1,200lbs.
