For your 2021 Volkswagen Jetta I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11540. It has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 2,000lbs and maximum tongue weight capacity of 200lbs. It doesn't require drilling for installation but the exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation and heat shield/underbody trim will require trimming/modification. It has a gloss black powder coat finish over protective base coat offers superior rust resistance and is known to last longer than that of its competitors and most importantly Curt hitches like this one are made in America unlike the hitches from competing brand Draw-Tite.
Note: This trailer hitch receiver is not compatible with dual exhaust models.
