I have a solution for you, however, the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension # TLE1636 that you were looking at is only for the Ford OEM 3" trailer hitch receiver and it will not fit your 2021 Ram 3500. It looks like the available receivers for your vehicle are either 2" or 2-1/2". Your receiver is likely 2-1/2" in which case you can use Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches - 24" to 34" # C45048 and if you happen to have a 2" receiver you can go with Curt Extender for 2" Receivers -18" # C45796 which is the longest available.

Keep in mind, these extensions will reduce your receiver's capacity by 50%.
