Yes, it will Frank. We haven't had a chance to install the Yakima StepUp Swing Away Bike Rack item # Y22RX a 2024 Ford Bronco Sasquatch edition but there's plenty of clearance with the standard spare. The swing away arm provides quite a bit of extra clearance that will allow you to attach a bike rack that doesn't contact the larger 35" 315/70R17 spare tire.
The Yakima StepUp Swing Away Bike Rack item # Y22RX has a 65 lbs per bike capacity and weighs only 70 lbs. It works with tires from 16" to 29" in diameter and up to 4-1/2" wide. This is a wheel mount style bike rack.
