The Replacement Mounting Hardware for CE Smith Roller-Style Guide-On # CE11451-A only fits up to 4-1/4" tall and does have the 3-1/2" wide you need. If you add the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit for Boat Trailer Guide-Ons - Pre-Galvanized Steel # CE11416 you can have up to 5-1/4" tall but only 3" wide. Unfortunately we do not have anything that gets up to 5-1/2" tall and 3-1/2" wide.
