Im calculating the total payload on my truck. This would certainly be an adder A close estimate would be fine if you do not have exact. I get it, bolts and stuff like that are hard to estimate.

The shipping weight of the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16180 that you linked to is 130 lbs. Obviously a portion of that is packaging material.
If you do not already have the needed base rails installed in your 2016 Ram 1500, 5-1/2 Foot Bed with EcoDiesel engine, I suggest the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, # C16444-204. The shipping weight for this item is 74 lbs. I have linked an installation video of this product being installed on a 2016 Ram.
