Question:
Just ordered your recommended hitch for my 2015 Prius. My bike is a step through bike and I would like to also purchase a rack that would work best with the step through. Thanks!

I see you ordered a class 1 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Toyota Prius so you will want to make sure you buy a bike rack that is also compatible with that receiver. The Inno Tire Hold 1 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # INH110 that you were looking at fits your receiver and would work for your step-thru ebike as long as the bike weighs no more than 60lbs and does not have fenders or baskets.
If your bike has fenders or baskets, or you just want a more convenient bike rack with more features, then I would go with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202. This holds 2 bikes by clamping around the bike frame using soft adjustable cradles. A ramp is included to ease loading or unloading which really comes in handy with heavy electric bikes. The weight capacity is 66lbs per bike and this will fit your class 1 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver. Locks are included to keep your bikes and bike rack secured to your vehicle. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out.
