Question:
Hey there! The following is very strange.... A reputable hitch installer near me says that to install a Curt Concealed Hitch on my 2017 VW Alltrack would require cutting an OFF-SET rectangular hole in the bumper fascia which would look quite strange. Does that sound correct? Many thanks.

When installing the Curt hitch # C11422 on your 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack the only version of the vehicle that would require trimming of the rear fascia is the Sportwagen vehicles with 4Motion. Other models would not require the fascia trimming.
I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
