Trac Rack Mount Kit TH41501 for 2018 Toyota Tacoma

Question:
I purchased a new 2018 Tacoma, my prior truck was a 2013 model. I want to transfer my Trac Rack ladder racks to the new truck but I need the longer brackets that slide into the horizontal channels in the truck bed. I see you have the mount kit. Here are my questions In 2013- the Trac Rack was a competitor to Thule- Did Thule buy them out- will this kit fit with the old track rack rails?

Great question. Thule did buy out TracRac a couple years ago and now they are transitioning the name to Thule TracRac because the name is so well recognized.
For your 2018 Tacoma, you will need to use the Toyota Tacoma Mount Kit w/ Toolbox Mounts for Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack - 2016 # TH41501. I confirmed this with my contact at Thule.
