Could Yakima Backswing Hitch Adapter be Used with 2-1/2 inch Hitch Adapter

Question:
Will this work with a 2.5” hitch with a 2” reducing sleeve? Is the hitch bolt long enough? If not, is there an aftermarket hitch bolt that can be used? Thanks!

The threaded portion of the hitch pin of the Yakima Backswing part # Y02483 is long enough to fit through a 2-1/2 inch hitch adapter.
