Hello, I need to replace brakes on my 12K dexter axles. I need 1 LH assemble and 2 RH assemblies. Id also like to change the bearings and seals along with any other items that should be routinely swapped when doing brakes. Oil fill caps as well.

I was able to find everything you need for your 12,000 lb Dexter axles; the electric brakes, oil cap kit, oil seal, bearings, and races. I verified with Dexter that these are indeed the correct parts for your 12k axles. I'll go ahead and list out each of the parts you need to make it easier to order:

We do offer one 12,000 lb idler hub assembly which is the Dexter #8-214-8UC1. This uses #3984 inner and #28682 outer bearings.

Hey Eric, so we do have what you need with the replacement cap part #VA55JR but the one you mentioned is smaller so it would not work for you. The cap you need is 4 inch diameter and the one you referenced is 3.75 inch.
