Will the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC155943 Fit My 2014 Keystone Cougar High Country

Question:

I have a trail air on my 2012 Montana high country. I am trading it in on a 2014 keystone cougar high country. Will my Trail air tin box from the Montana fit on the 2014 cougar? I bought the trail air from you guys for the Montana and save the original pen box. My plans are to take the trail air pin box off, put the original pin box back on the Montana, and then take the original pin box off the cougar and replace it with the trailer. What’s the difference? Thanks

It's possible you will be able to use the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC155943 on your 2014 Keystone Cougar High Country, but you will have to determine that pin box on your new Keystone is an 1116. Pin boxes are custom-fit, so it's imperative that you are using the correct one.

There should be a sticker or plate on the pin box with the manufacturer and model number of the pin box. If you find that and it says it is a Lippert 1116, you will be able to switch them out.

If you can not find the pin box number you will have to take some measurements to determine the fit. I have attached a link to a video review that shows you what measurements to take and an article explaining it.
