Will this unit replace my stock king pin box on my trailer? I took a photo of the sticker on the stock unit

Thank you for the photo of your Lippert pin box. You have their model 1116. I confirmed this with my contact at Lippert. The Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC155943 that you referenced is a direct bolt-on replacement for the 1116. It comes fully-assembled.
After you bolt on the Trailair you can use the arrows on the yellow stick on its front shock as a guide for inflating the internal air bag. With the loaded trailer hitched you'll inflate the air bag until the upper part of the shock reaches the arrow points. Please refer to the linked photo.
