Are the king pin plates all the same dimensions and what are the measurements?

Dimensions on most pin boxes are not the same, with the most important differential being the bolt pattern. Your pin box should have sticker on it either on the side or front that will have some serial numbers on it that we can use to identify the pin box.
If yours doesn't have a sticker then you can use the guide I've attached below and take some measurements to determine the bolt pattern.
For example, the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC155943 you were looking at has an 1116 bolt pattern.
Once you have a bolt pattern we can then find the correct fit for your 2013 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler.
