The only available trailer hitch options we currently offer for a 2023 Audi Q5 are from Draw-Tite, the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT29GR which is what I recommend. The Hidden Hitch like the Stealth Hitch has a removable receiver so you can have a completely factory finish when not towing or hauling. It also offers a bolt-on install with no drilling or welding required. The Hidden Hitch has a class III rating with 2" opening which is great for towing or hitch mounted accessories like a cargo box or bike rack. Please note, if you will be towing then you'll also need a few other items like the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT and Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
