Can 14' Solera Rollbar LC422429-14FT Be Cut Down To 13'?

Question:
I was wondering if I could cut down this part to fit a 13foot awning since the 13ft awning roll bars are not currently in stock anywhere?

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and she confirmed that you could indeed purchase a longer awning rollbar like the Solera Rollbar # LC422429-14FT which is 14' long and cut it down to the 13' length you need.
This is how the rollbars are made at the factory, but you will just want to make sure you measure precisely do you do not run into any issues with the rollbar being too short.
