I suggest using a strap wrench to hold the cylinder side while tightening the installation hardware on the Replacement Foot Pad, # LC324269.

Yes, the Replacement Foot Pad for Lippert Hydrualic Leveling System #LC324269 will work with your Lippert Level Up system, on your 2018 Coachman SportsCoach 407FW. I have attached a picture of this foot pad being used on a Level Up system.
