Question:
what order do the steel washer and the 2 o rings go on the bolt? My guess is that the steel washer goes on, and then an o ring, and then the actual foot pad, and then another o ring? And how tight should the bolt be in ft lbs? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The replacement Foot Pad for Lippert Hydraulic Ground Control Leveling System - Qty 1 # LC324269 needs to be torqued to 132 ft-lb and Lippert recommends using some Loctite Threadlocker 262 - High Strength - Up to 3/4" Nuts/Bolts - 0.20-Fl-Oz Tube Item # LT37420 to prevent the bolt from loosening. You are correct with the placement of the washer and o-rings.

Hi Kevin - Just received my replacement Lippert 324269 Footpad. I'm sorry, but I need to understand the washer placement. When Alan B says washer first, he means ON THE BOLT not the RV jack, right? So, bolt, washer, O-ring, foot pad, O-ring - bolt it onto the bottom of the jack. RIght? Thanks!
