Question:

Do you need to keep the cylinder from turning when installing this, if so how, what is the recommendation for torque?

The exact replacement foot plate for the Level Up system you have is not available as a replacement. But you could use # LC314667. The issue is that it uses a smaller bolt than the Level Up foot. So you would have to use a 1/2 inch bolt that will thread onto the bottom of the jack leg in place of the 7/16 bolt that comes with # LC314667.

Since this uses a horizontal attachment hole you would not have to worry about the feet turning. You need to torque to 132 ft-lb.
