Replacing the Lippert foot pads. Where do the two o rings go? Thank you

Hey Terry, so the O-rings of the Lippert Replacement Foot part # LC324269 basically go on either side of the foot pad to allow it to pivot a little bit. It goes bolt, metal washer, o-ring, foot pad, and then o-ring.

That didn't work. The hole in the 12" plate is as large as the o-rings, so they both end up against the washer no matter what order installed. And tightening the bolt squished the O-rings out and sandwiches the foot rigidly to the ram allowing zero pivoting. I instead reused the hardware (with rubber and tubular spacer from my old 9" and worked). Y'all need to dump the "o-ring" flawed design and go back to the tubular metal spacer design.

@JimG Glad you got it to work and that is solid advice. Thanks for passing that along!
