I confirmed with Retrax that you can use the XR T-slot Rails on your Retrax One tonneau cover as long as your 2014 Ram 1500 does not have the RamBox. You can use Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series Hard Tonneau Covers - T-slot Style # RTX59FR. Just keep in mind these side rails are matte black and may not match the finish you have on your current tonneau cover.
You can then add the compatible Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack w/ Tonneau Cover Adapter - 68" HD Crossbars # Y01152-5855. These crossbars mount onto the XR rails and provide a T-slot channel on top of the crossbars for accessories to be easily installed. I attached a demonstration video for you.
