A cut out template is not included with the Replacement Exterior Pop-Up Roof Vent # 9106.

So you will need to do some measuring before installation, and it will install in an opening of roughly 11-1/8" long x 5-1/2" wide. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
